The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law July 1990, it became effective as enforcement in July 1992. The law has been in place now for 18 years. This blog will be dedicated to The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). The purpose of this blog is to make you aware of your rights as an individual with disabilities and provide guidance if you believe your rights under the ADA have been violated. This blog will introduce you to a national organization (AFDA) that has defended individuals with disabilities for the last 15 years. The AFDA has successfully won 100's of cases for disabled individuals throughout the United States.
This blog will be an open forum hopefully where idea's can be exchanged and we as individuals with disabilities can educate each other.
